چکیده
Intensive aquaculture practices compromise the health of fish. Probiotics especially those isolated from aquatic animals play important roles in improving fish health. The aim study was to evaluate effects stabilized fermentation product Cetobacterium somerae (XMX-1) on growth performance, gut and liver common carp. A total 300 carps (initial weight 2.32 ± 0.02 g) were divided into control (fed a basal diet) XMX-1 groups diet with 2 g/kg, 3 4 g/kg or 5 diet). After 8-week feeding, serum lipopolysaccharide (LPS), diamine oxidase activity (DAO), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) aspartate (AST) evaluated. intestinal superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, expression related genes tested. In addition, triacylglycerol (TAG) lipid metabolism conducted. Results showed that addition had no effect performance at supplementation level up (P > 0.05). However, dietary levels ranging reduced LPS DAO. Furthermore, all additions significantly increased SOD compared group < contrast, hypoxia inducible factor 1 subunit alpha (HIF1α), Occludin, Hepcidin zonula occludens (ZO)-1 Dietary ZO-1 Moreover, decreased ALT ≤ 0.37) TAG 0.07). we found synthesis including sterol regulatory element-binding protein (SREBP1c) peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) Meanwhile, carnitine palmitoyltransferase (CPT1) (PPARα) Together, our findings suggest best

Common Carp, Cyprinus carpio
The common carp (Cyprinus carpio) belongs to the family Cyprinidae. In nature, carp live in the middle or lower reaches of a river with slow currents, or in marshes. Their habitats are usually weedy areas with a muddy bottom. Carp fry feed on zooplankton such as rotifers and copepods, but as they grow up they become benthic feeders, feeding on animals and other organic material. The cyprinids h...

Distribution ! e common carp [Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus (1758)] has been one of the oldest domesticated species of fi sh for food. Culture of carp in China dates back to at least the 5th century BC, although domestication began much later. ! e European races of carp derived from wild carp of the Danube; the earliest attempts date back to the Roman Empire and spread of Christianity in Europe, fro...
متن کاملResponse of hexokinase enzymes and the insulin system to dietary carbohydrates in the common carp, Cyprinus carpio.
The response of the common carp to diets with varying amounts of digestible starch, provided either as pea meal (LP, HP, 30 and 46% peas, respectively) or as cereal (LW, HW, 30 and 46% wheat, respectively), was studied and compared with the response to a carbohydrate-free protein-rich diet (CF). Here we focused on the utilisation of dietary carbohydrates by examining the relationship between di...
متن کاملGut Microbiota Contributes to the Growth of Fast-Growing Transgenic Common Carp (Cyprinus carpio L.)
Gut microbiota has shown tight and coordinated connection with various functions of its host such as metabolism, immunity, energy utilization, and health maintenance. To gain insight into whether gut microbes affect the metabolism of fish, we employed fast-growing transgenic common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) to study the connections between its large body feature and gut microbes. Metagenome-bas...

Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different proportions of marshmallow extract (Althaea officinalis L.) on growth performance and carcass composition of common carp (Cyprinus carpio). Methods: Common carp with an average weight of 37.65 ± 4.40 g were fed for two months with a diet supplemented with marshmallow (A. officinalis) ext...
